Welcome to the official website of the Florida Mopar Association (FMA). The FMA is made up of Mopar clubs located throughout Florida and other southeastern states working together to promote the preservation and enjoyment of our modern and classic Chrysler Corporation and American Motors vehicles.
NEW AND IMPROVED VENUE FOR OUR 35th ORIGINAL FMA SUNSHINE STATE MOPAR SHOW AND SWAP MEET ON NOVEMBER 11 & 12, 2022. Friday, November 11 will be arrival day for show vehicles with a Show & Shine display and the Friday night Welcome Party. Saturday, November 12 will be a judged show with over 70 awards being presented with no event on Sunday. Register and pay on this website under “Events/Car Shows”.
SIMILAR TO THE 2021 SHOW, THE FIRST 200 SHOW VEHICLES WILL BE PARKED UNDER THE MAIN PAVILLION AT THE HORSE PARK. Due to a Mopar show in the area the previous week, the Horse Park is allowing free parking on their property for RV’s, trucks & trailers from Sunday, November 6 through Thursday, November 10 for dry camping (with water & electric hookups, it will be $25 per day). After that, RV parking cost will be as specified on the registration form. All vendors are welcome to participate in the show–Arts & Crafts, etc. Just register as a vendor here on our website under Events/Car Shows.
CASH GIVEAWAY
On Saturday, there will be a cash giveaway for all registered car show participants who will receive a ticket when entering for a drawing to win $100 every hour from 11 AM to 3 PM.
Our Mopar show will feature Herb McCandless-aka Mr 4-speed and is the largest continuous Mopar swap meet in the South. The show location is the Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park less than 2 miles north of the Garlits Museum at 11851 SW 16th AVE (County Hwy 475A). Take I-75 exit 341, go east a short distance to the light at Hwy 475A and go left about 1.7 miles to the entrance on the right). Show car parking on Friday and Saturday will be under the main Pavilion as you arrive so if you want to park with your friends or car club, please arrive together. We are also planning to have a Car Clinic with Herb McCandless at 11 AM on Saturday. In addition, come meet Joe Suchy of Mopar Cars and Parts. Please note: Admittance for spectators is free but parking is $10 per vehicle. Show car and vendor participants can register and pay online on this website.
In 2022 we are again having a Mopar Welcome Party on Friday night, November 11 from 5 to 9 PM at $25 per person which includes a Big Easy Mopar Club Cajun & other food dinner, beer & wine, music and dancing. Also, canopies will be allowed as long as they are securely tied down.
